Welcome to Purr Nature! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Business Information
Purr Nature is a sole proprietorship based in Montreal, Canada. We specialize in handmade, home-cooked pet food toppers crafted with human-grade ingredients.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada only using a trusted local courier service. Orders are processed and delivered within 1–5 business days.

  • Pickup Option: Local pickup is available by appointment.

  • Delivery Days: Fixed delivery dates are Monday and Sunday only.

3. Payments & Taxes
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • E-transfer

Applicable GST and QST taxes are added at checkout.

4. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us directly within 24 hours. We will gladly provide a full refund or a replacement.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Customers may cancel or modify orders within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Please consult your veterinarian before introducing new foods to your pet, especially if they have known health conditions or food allergies. Be aware of any specific allergies your pet may have before feeding Purr Nature products.

7. Product Use
All Purr Nature products are intended for pet consumption only. They are not suitable for human consumption.

8. Privacy & Data Use
We respect your privacy. We do not use customer emails for marketing or newsletters unless explicit permission is given. Customer information may be shared with trusted third parties solely for shipping and order fulfillment purposes.
